Dear Senator __________________:

As a concerned participant of those granting consent to be governed, I am writing you, my "Public Servant." Since You have taken an oath to uphold principles of the Indiana Constitution, as well as the national constitution, you are therefore required to observe these documents, because they are the highest authority of law within our state and nation respectively; also you must give heed to those whom you were elected to serve.

The proposed bill SB ____ is unacceptable because it clearly violates our Indiana state Constitution which says in Article 1, section 25: "No law shall be passed, the taking effect of which shall be made to depend upon any authority, except as provided in this Constitution." You are hereby ordered by me to eliminate this piece of proposed legislation at once. You are duty bound to keep it from ever becoming a law in Indiana. You must vote against it in any form.

With prayer unto Almighty God for you, and those in the General Assembly, in the name of Christ Jesus our LORD so that "we all may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty."
