Threat Assessment of the Police Movement in Indiana
by Pastor John Stephen Brown
Utilizing the logic that has been employed by those in the media (the lap dog of the current regime), law enforcement, and government personnel for the last three years we will analyze the recent criminal activities of those in the police departments in Indiana.
The title of this article "Threat Assessment of the Police Movement in Indiana" is patterned after one such article submitted and circulated through the command posts in Indiana, first released in September of 1997 by an officer, Lt. Steve R. King, in the Indiana State Police. Steve R. King, a twenty-one year veteran of the Indiana State Police, holds the rank, at the time of the article, of Lt.. He is commander of the Field Operations Section in the Enforcement Division at General Headquarters in Indianapolis.
Mr. King began his article with an unconnected situation (The bombing of the World Trade Center in New York in 1993) and then maligned the Patriot Movement, Militia Movement, and any other group - especially Christians - that is knowledgeable concerning Constitutional law which exposes the illegal activities of such organizations as the Indiana State Police. This agency came into existence in 1933. It is actually a federal agency. In application this organization alone amounts to a surrounding standing army, clearly a violation of the Supreme Law of the Land. A point that is no longer commonly known.
Now for the article: All police departments from the local municipal to the state police are corrupt and extremely dangerous. A reality that can be illustrated by the recent report of "Myron A. Powell, 35, an East District patrolman who has been suspended seven times in his seven years on the force, was called to district headquarters and arrested while he was on duty about 4 p.m. Friday, police officials said.
He is being held in connection with the slaying of David C. Hairston, 29, who was shot to death Thursday in a Pike Township home. Marion County sheriff's investigators searching the apartment near 38th Street and Guion Road found a kilogram of cocaine and $22,000 ($96,000 ?) in cash.
This incident is upon the heels of other officers who were involved in drunken activities of violence. During the same time span that the alleged Patriot Movements were causing such an alarm throughout Indiana. Police officers have been charged with insubordination, raping women, and now killing a man. One Indianapolis officer cited an unlawful State Trooper for traveling too fast only to be reprimanded. These officers are obviously out of control. They are indeed a threat to our peace and safety. When an officer who possesses a gun begins the stop by pulling it on a person, something is radically amiss. Raids have been perpetrated upon innocent people. Homes have had their doors smashed in by the police only to discover that they were at the wrong house. (Wrong house or not, what about a lawful approach with a warrant prescribing the place and item to be searched and seized?)
The police departments in Indiana are clearly lawless and have a propensity to falsification and fabrication. In open court, upon cross examination, this preacher had an officer of the illegal state police admit, without objection from the prosecuting attorney, that he was a liar. The State Police offer more of a threat to a community than any so called right wing, Patriot Movement or Militia. A lady traveling with small children in her car was stopped and surrounded by three patrol cars.
On another occasion this preacher was surrounded by five or six officers of the Anderson city police force, while one officer angrily screamed out threats. When this preacher's wise response was to practice the plain Biblical injunction which says: "A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger" (Prov 15:1 KJV), all of the other officers turned when they discovered that their fellow officer was attempting to incite a response.
Redress of grievance has been black listed and labeled as "paper terrorism." The basic defense procedure in any case at law is to challenge jurisdiction. However, the likes of Steve King and company is to falsely accuse (that is bear false witness) against the people in Indiana, claiming that those who insist upon constitutional procedures are guilty of terrorism.
This is clearly unfounded, misleading, and outrageous!
The God fearing Americans in Indiana can never discount the possibility that a another violent event, such as the drunken brawlers of recent years in Indianapolis or the raping incidents, or more recently the drug using officer will break out. If one of these officers happens to come to a home high, they might cause another death. Although these police come with their official car, badge, gun, and radio they could attempt to kill some one, as this most recent incident once again plainly demonstrated.
The illegal police forces diligently endeavor to disarm men and woman leaving them vulnerable to the practices of out of control agencies such as the state police, and the various police depart- ments all across Indiana. Oh, but if the Militia should arm themselves, it is reported that these people are a menace to society. Prey tell, when did a truly Christian militia person do any of these vile things that the state and local policing agencies have done?
On the bright side, some of these worthless officers have died of aids as a result of a perverted life style. While still others have been dismissed from the department.
Men and women maintain your vigilance.
Use the video cameras, tape recorders, and CB radios. Once this preacher was traveling with the brethren when he was unlawfully delayed. During this lawless, unconstitutional detainment, one of the men in the car had a video camera running. One of the officers demanded of him to turn it off. Of course, there is no justification for such an order and the courageous man continued capturing the illegal stop on tape. To God be the glory, this case was won. The police state lost that case.
Here is a very simple, but doable, solution to the ever increasing police problem in Indiana:
Eliminate the state, local and federal police agencies, as well as the FBI, IRS, and Marshal service. In their place, return to a constitutional, lawful, sheriff department with his deputies for each of the 92 counties in Indiana.
The loud howls are sure to greatly increase, claiming that this would cause anarchy.
Oh, really? What do you think Hoosiers have now? A lawless police force!
Currently we have legalized, highway robbery in Indiana. You deluded police personnel of these unauthorized organizations, be dumbfounded no more. Repent of your involvement. After all, you are, in fact, guilty by being associated with these evil people. Leave your evil position and get a real job. Stop harassing God fearing Hoosiers.
When the police statements were issued in 1995 from the "Police State," the media hyped the stories to infuse terror in the hearts of good people. Godly Christians assured the public that such practices as bombing innocent people is outside the scope of Godly justice. Never mind, the media hounds barked on, as the police poured forth paranoia without any restraint. However, when a police officer is repeatedly involved in wrong doing, this is the idle response of their current chief: "I'm speechless," Chief Michael Zunk said. "You're sad to hear about a homicide. You're sickened to find out it's one of your own. Every police officer in the city is terribly saddened and embarrassed by this." Yeah, got caught again!!!
